Form you own opinion; it’s worth hearing.

Michael and his friend Maurice and I went for some College visits over the winter break. We went to Nichols College, Babson College, Johnson and Wales University and here is a picture of them on the campus at Salve Regina in Newport.

This is the first time I used the trainer with the heart-monitor/speed/cadence sensors. The weather had prevented me from getting outside to take the trainer bike for a calibration ride. This was a short 30 min session with some isolated leg exercises and some squat-jumps and push-ups thrown in.

Things got muddy today. Actually, I just fell in the mud.
