Trainer 2-11-13
This is the first time I used the trainer with the heart-monitor/speed/cadence sensors. The weather had prevented me from getting outside to take the trainer bike for a calibration ride. This was a short 30 min session with some isolated leg exercises and some squat-jumps and push-ups thrown in.
